Intertechnik Sound-absorbing material – DAMPING30

The Intertechnik DAMPING30 sound-absorbing material is a high-density polyester fleece designed to significantly reduce unwanted cabinet resonance and enhance the overall clarity of your loudspeaker systems. By effectively damping internal reflections, this material ensures that your speakers deliver a cleaner, more accurate sound reproduction, free from the coloration and muddiness that often plague untreated enclosures.

Ideal for use in a wide range of speaker cabinets, from bookshelf designs to larger floor-standing models, DAMPING30 is particularly effective at absorbing mid and high frequencies that can cause standing waves and blur the stereo image. Whether you are building a new pair of speakers from scratch or upgrading an existing set, this damping material will help you achieve a more professional, refined acoustic performance.

With a thickness of 30mm, this dense fleece offers excellent absorption properties while remaining easy to cut and shape to fit any internal cavity. Its robust construction ensures long-lasting performance without shedding or degrading over time, making it a reliable choice for both hobbyists and seasoned audio enthusiasts. The material is also non-toxic and odourless, ensuring safe handling during installation.

For those seeking to elevate their listening experience, the Intertechnik DAMPING30 provides a cost-effective yet highly effective solution for optimising speaker cabinet acoustics. Invest in this premium damping material to unlock the full potential of your loudspeaker system.
